Winter weather raises the question about whether Sunday services are ever canceled due to bad weather. Services will be canceled any time Franklin County is under a level 2 or level 3 snow emergency. We will attempt to have the closure publicized on local television stations. Please note that there are other St Paul Lutheran Church organizations in Franklin County. We will identify ourselves as St. Paul Lutheran Church – New Rome. Regardless of whether or not there is a snow emergency level please do not take unnecessary risks during bad weather.
