YOUTH MISSION TRIP 2015….Vinton County, July 5-8
Our 7th grade and older youth will be going on a mission trip July 5-8, 2015 to Vinton County, Ohio. They will be going to the Lutheran Disaster Response Headquarters in Southeast Ohio, and serving people in that community in a number of ways. A major emphasis will be learning about how our church responds to disasters. The trip includes a viewing of “Tecumseh! Outdoor Drama” in Chillicothe.

Youth Mission Trip
Our have returned from their mission trip to Chattanooga! Many thanks to the congregation of St. Paul for supporting us! We will have much more to report about what we did, what we learned, and how we grew in His name. A special thanks to Ruth Ries for all of the snack and goodies she loaded into our van, and for the special cards we all got form Diana & Duane.

YOUTH MISSION TRIP PLANNED FOR 2014
We are excited to announce that a mission trip will be offered to St. Paul youth who complete 6th, 7th or 8th grade in 2014. The destination is Chattanooga, Tennessee and the dates are June 15 – 20, 2014. The trip is coordinated by YOUTHWORKS and our trip leaders will be Jim and Barb Renshaw. During this trip our youth will work, play, fellowship and worship with 50 other Christian youth from around the country. They will work in food and clothing pantries, senior citizen centers, kid’s clubs, and possibly paint the outside of some houses or engage in car park floor paint for people who are unable to do so for themselves. Each evening they will take a field trip and enjoy fun places in Chattanooga. They will grow in their faith and enthusiasm for the Lord, his church and service.
The cost of the trip is $269 per person. The youth are likely to hold some fundraisers in order to defray the cost of the trip and a grant has been secured to cover some expenses as well. Our policy is that money should not prevent one of our young people from participating. We will find a way to sponsor any child who desires to attend.
