Movie Night
Friday evening, 8/18/23, at 8:30 p.m., we will be having a movie night in the side yard!
We’ll project a kid friendly movie on the garage- to be determined on the specific movie. So, please bring beach towels, blankets or chairs to sit on, or you can sit in your car in the parking lot if that’s preferred. We’ll have popcorn. Please bring your own non-alcoholic beverages. Come and enjoy the evening together before school starts!
Family Game Night
Friday, January 20th 5-9 p.m. Met in Multi-Purpose Room to eat.
Games for all ages! Euchre, board gamed and more in the Multi-Purpose Room and Youth Games in the Fellowship Hall.
Community Christmas Open House
Community Christmas Open House Saturday, December 3rd 4:00-6:00.
Kick off your Christmas Season with beautiful Christmas Carols and fun Christmas Songs by the Columbus Chorus of Sweet Adelines form 4:15 -5:00 while enjoying homemade Christmas cookies, coffee and punch in the Multi-Purpose Room. Downstairs will be filled with excitement; the sound of Christmas music, the smell of fresh popped popcorn, and seeing the excitement and wonder in children’s eyes. You can visit with Mr & Mrs Santa Claus,, kids can select gifts for family members at the Free Secret Santa Shop, a huge amount of wrapping going on, you can play Christmas Bingo, crafts for adults and children to make to take home or leave to be put in our Assisted Care Members Christmas bags or come and relax and enjoy Homemade Christmas Cookies, Coffee, Punch and Popcorn. All are welcome so invite your family, friends and neighbors.
Donations of gifts for Moms, Dads, Grandparents, teenagers and kids for the Secret Santa Shop are needed and ribbon for the crafts are needed. You can place these items in the box at the top of the stairs. Thank you!
Trunk or Treat
Sunday, October 23rd – 3:30-5:00
Feel the excitement, see the variety of costumes, hear fun songs and enjoy some hot dogs, popcorn, and drink! All activities are outside so you can enjoy the Fall Brisk Air too if the weather permits!
Volunteers are needed to help with games and food! If you could bring a treat (candy or small trinkets) to pass out from your decorated trunk, or being in costume, or just come to support this community event it would be appreciated. Donations of candy are also welcomed.
Community East Egg Hunt
Sunday, April 3 from 3:00 – 4:00 pm.
We are asking the congregation for donations of wrapped candy and small toys.
